Homeowners Association - The sixty homes in Enclave of Shady Valley are required to be members of both the Homeowners Association (HOA) and a Property Owners Association (POA).  The HOA and the POA are entirely separate organizations that serve different purposes and have different membership rolls.

 

HOA Resale Certificates - To obtain the HOA Resale Certificate for a property in Enclave of Shady Valley, go to the "Contact Us" page on this web site and select "Request a Resale Certificate" in the "Send To" box.  Provide your contact information along with your request and the certificate will be forwarded to you along with some other required documents.

Open House Showings - If you wish to have an Open House showing for your listed property, the Main Entry Gate can be left open for the convenience of prospective buyers.  To arrange the opening, please contact the Treasurer using the "Contact Us" page at least 48 hours before the need-date.    Open times are from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm.

 

Enclave of Shady Valley Parking Restrictions - Prospective buyers should be made aware of the on-street parking restrictions in this community.  These restrictions resulted from design decisions that were made when the community was laid out and flow down from official City of Arlington plats and covenants.  Enclave of Shady Valley Parking Restrictions
